Download and install Hoplite free application. Choose either the installer version or the portable app.
Connect your Hoplite Key Manager to your computer or mobile device with an USB cable.
On the edge of your Hoplite Key Manager, the LED shines.

Start the Hoplite app in your computer or mobile device.
Click on "start initializing your Hoplite" (
) if you are using your Hoplite Key Manager for the first time.
The main window opens. It shows that the memory in your Hoplite Key Manager is blank:
In the "Tab" area, click the "New" button () to create your first tab, which will correspond to a data category or theme, for instance Private, Job, Cards, Online portals, etc.
The "Insert tab name" panel opens. Enter the desired tab name and click "OK".
In the "Password" area, click the "New" button () to create your first password entry in the tab you just created.
The "New password" panel opens. Enter all information related to the password you want to save and click "OK".
After you entered your personal data in Hoplite for the first time, click the "Save" button () in the "Device" area and select "Set/change master password then save".
The "Insert master password" panel opens. Enter your master password twice and click "OK".
The master password is the password you'll need to access the data in your Hoplite Key Manager. This is the one and only password you must remember!
When the storing process is complete, your data is secured in Hoplite Key Manager. You may close the app and disconnect Hoplite.
Rename the device, the tabs and data entries
Duplicate tabs with all their data entries
Edit data entries (Name, ID/Login, Password, URL, Notes)
Remove single tabs and single data entries
Search through the whole Hoplite memory
Generate automatic or custom passwords
Import full categories as CSV files
Export full categories as CSV files
Duplicate the whole memory to a 2nd Hoplite
Erase the whole Hoplite memory
Display serial number of the device
Clear clipboard memory
