Starten Sie die Hoplite App in Ihrem Computer oder Mobilgerät.
Klicken Sie auf den Text "start initializing your Hoplite" (
), wenn Sie Ihren Hoplite Key Manager zum ersten Mal verwenden.
Das Hauptfenster wird geöffnet. Es zeigt, dass der Speicher in Ihrem Hoplite Key Manager leer ist:
Klicken Sie in dem "Tab" Bereich auf den "New" Button (), um Ihren ersten Reiter zu erstellen. Dieser entspricht einer Datenkategorie, z.B. Privat, Beruflich, Karten, Online Portale, usw.
Der "Insert tab name" Bildschirm wird geöffnet. Tragen Sie den gewünschten Reiternamen ein und klicken Sie anschließend auf "OK".
Klicken Sie in dem "Password" Bereich auf den "New" Button (), um Ihren ersten Passwort-Eintrag in dem Reiter, den Sie gerade angelegt haben, zu erstellen.
Der "New password" Bildschirm wird geöffnet. Tragen Sie alle Informationen ein, die zum Passwort gehören, das Sie speichern wollen, und klicken Sie anschließend auf "OK".
Nachdem Sie Ihre persönlichen Daten in Hoplite zum ersten Mal eingetragen haben, klicken Sie auf den "Save" Button () im "Device" Bereich und wählen Sie "Set/change master password then save".
Der "Insert master password" Bildschirm wird geöffnet. Tragen Sie dort Ihr Master-Passwort zweimal und klicken Sie anschließend auf "OK".
Das Master-Passwort ist das Passwort, das Sie brauchen, um auf die Daten in Ihrem Hoplite Key Manager zugreifen zu können. Das ist das einzige Passwort, woran Sie sich erinnern müssen!
Wenn der Speichervorgang abgeschlossen ist, sind Ihre Daten im Hoplite Key Manager gesichert. Sie können die App schließen und Hoplites Kabelverbindung trennen.
Das Gerät, die Reiter und die Dateneinträge können umbenannt werden
Reiter können mit all ihren Dateneinträgen dupliziert werden
Einträge (inkl. Name, ID/Login, Passwort, URL, Notiz) können geändert werden
Einzelne Reiter und Dateneinträge können entfernt werden
Der gesamte Hoplite Speicher kann durchsucht werden
Automatische oder personalisierte Passwörter können generiert werden
Ganze Kategorien können als CSV Dateien importiert werden
Ganze Kategorien können als CSV Dateien exportiert werden
Der gesamte Speicher kann in einem 2. Hoplite dupliziert werden
Der gesamte Hoplite Speicher kann gelöscht werden
Die Seriennummer des Geräts kann angezeigt werden
